Are there feature tiers?
No. Every customer gets the whole platform. We're not going to put the audit trail behind a more expensive plan.
How is it billed?
Annually, in US dollars. Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable to Australian customers. Your invoices live in the platform and you can download them any time.
What if we hire more people mid-year?
Move up a tier whenever you need to, and you'll only pay the difference for the remainder of your term. We'll never quietly bill you for going over.
Is there a free trial?
We do something better: a guided evaluation set up with your own teams and structure, so you're judging the real thing rather than a canned demo.
How long does setup take?
You can be up and running the same day: sign in with Microsoft or Google, bring your people in and set the schedule. We're on hand throughout if you want help.
