Everything you need torun security training.

The course, the assessment, the reminders and the records — in one place, without a spreadsheet in sight.

01

The cycle

How it works.

The same simple cycle whether you're a 60-person office or a 3,000-person workforce across a dozen sites.
  1. 01

    Assign

Pick who needs training and when it's due. Set it to repeat annually and it takes care of itself.

  2. 02

    Watch

Your team watches the course on any device, and we track actual watch time.

  3. 03

    Test

A short exam with random questions for every attempt, so answers can't be passed around the office.

  4. 04

    Done

Every completion is recorded with the score, the date and the exact course version, ready to export when someone asks.

02

Who uses it

Who uses it.

For your team

They sign in with the account they already have, see what's due, watch the course and sit the test. That's the whole experience.

  • No new passwords or accounts to manage
  • Pick up where they left off, on any device
  • Their own training history, any time they want it

For whoever runs it

Everything lives on one screen — who's trained, who's overdue, and the tools to do something about it.

  • Invite people in bulk or import a spreadsheet
  • Group by team, site or role, and assign accordingly
  • Reports and exports whenever you need them

For the business

One number that tells you where you stand, and the detail behind it when someone wants to see the working.

  • Training coverage across the whole company at a glance
  • Overdue training visible before it becomes a finding
  • Exports that hold up in front of an auditor

03

The course

What your teamwill learn.

A 46-minute course, professionally narrated and captioned, with a proper exam at the end. When we update the content, everyone on an active assignment gets the new version automatically, so nobody ends up studying last year’s threats.

04

Security and data

We practise whatwe teach.

A security training company should be able to answer its own questionnaire. Here's how we handle your data.

No passwords to leak

Everyone signs in through Microsoft or Google, so there's no password database here to worry about. When someone leaves your company, removing them from your directory removes their access.

Your data stays yours

Every organisation's people and records are kept completely separate, and your administrators can only ever see your own.

An honest audit trail

Every administrative action is logged, and the log can't be edited afterwards — not by you, and not by us. If our support team ever accesses your account, that's on the record too.

Deleted means deleted

Removed users and organisations are recoverable for a short window in case of mistakes, then permanently gone.

See it for yourself.

Book a demo and we’ll walk you through it with your own structure in mind — teams, sites, deadlines and all.
